The Project overview: Thomas Consultants offered our one-stop-shop offering of land development services for a 67 dwelling development in Hobsonville, Auckland with the aim of obtaining resource consent. The scope of the project for our team involves undertaking earthworks to prepare the site for the dwellings and roads associated with the development of the subject site. Earthworks will occur over an area of 14,096m2 for future residential developments, roading platforms and several retaining walls. As a part of the proposed earthworks and retaining wall construction, groundwater diversion and dewatering is also proposed.

The Goal: To obtain a resource consent

The Outcome: The consent was approved on 9th February 2022
