Site: 5 Atkin Avenue, Mission Bay
Project Overview: Thomas Consultants Planning and Engineering teams worked together on this project which was notified on a limited basis by Auckland Council.
Proposal: To construct a four storey building comprising 26 rooms and a café to establish visitor accommodation on the site.

- Assessment of Environmental Effects
- Infrastructure Report & Engineering Plans
- Led the Project Team representing the client at the Council Hearing
- Liaison with Auckland Council, and other stakeholders
