Thomas Consultants have been involved with the resource consent application for a development involving 7 terrace units within the Terrace Housing and Apartment Zone. Each unit is 3 storeys and includes an internal carpark, 4 bedrooms, an open living dining kitchen area, 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets. A shared driveway was designed to serve the development and stormwater mitigation design provided to achieve hydrological neutrality. Hard and soft landscaping is used on each allotment to enhance the open spaces and provide a high level of amenity. This project was able to achieve more intensification through a quality design approach.
