This includes a 1 hour site visit* to discuss your ideas and vision for your garden or outdoor space. We will talk you through options** and possible directions for both hard and soft landscaping bearing in mind budget, practicality and lifestyle needs.
From here, we can provide you with a quote which would detail the scope discussed and document in a full Landscape Plan Set, including: Council planning requirements, master plan, planting plan and schedule, hard landscape plan, fencing plan, and details of features as required.
* Located within a 30km radius of Auckland CBD?? Extra travel time to be paid if outside of this area.
** Appraisal does not include a written report (clients are encouraged to take notes), but can be supplied at an additional cost if preferred.
Multi Site
Landscape Plans
These types of Landscape plans are ideal for Resource Consent applications for subdivisions of up to 6 lots. The landscape plans can be customised to your needs, but typically include:
- Master Plan
- Planting Plan and schedule
- Surfacing Plan
- Fencing Plan.
For a 6 lot subdivision, approximate cost would be $2,400 (ex GST) but may fluctuate depending on specific requirements. Contact us for a quote.
