Project Overview: Two duplexes (on a 1,368 sqm site) were redeveloped into 12 two-bedroom homes. Our engineering team provided civil engineering designs for the Resource Consenting, Engineering Plan Approval, Building Consents; and assisted the client with monitoring of the drainage installation works during construction phase.
