We’ve had several recent promotions here at Thomas Consultants Ltd! Growing and developing is an important part of life here at Thomas Consultants, so we are excited to announce these promotions.
- Firstly, we congratulate Asha Patel on her new role as Team Leader in the Land Development Engineering Team. We welcomed Asha to Thomas at beginning of the year. Asha has picked up multiple challenging projects and worked through them with the team, with her professional knowledge and experience she has done a great job.
- Daniel Pang has recently been promoted to Finance Manager where he will add to his portfolio a greater strategic focus.
- Janice Recommendable has been promoted to Senior Development Advisor within our Development Engineering team. She has been a supportive, professional and integral part of the team with her technical abilities.
- Jitske Van Der Heever & Nicola Woodhead have stepped into the roles as Acting Team Leaders – Planning, whilst we appoint a new Planning Manager. They ensure we deliver great experiences for our clients and simultaneously support the team and have both stepped up so well.
- Karien Killian was recently promoted to Senior Ecologist and her positive attitude and dedication has seen her skills develop quickly earning a well-deserved promotion.
- Khirosyna Mani has been promoted to Senior Planner. Khiro has made a very valued contribution to the Planning Team over the past 18 months taking on complex applications with and expanding the Planning Teams knowledge on Transferrable Rural Site Subdivisions.
- Sharon Wang has been promoted to Team Leader – Land Development Engineering team. Sharon joined us as an Engineer in 2018 and has developed her professional skills and experience over the past years. She has adopted the role of acting team leader earlier this year and has been doing a great job leading the team. We are pleased Sharon is now appointed as a Team Leader of her own team.
- Congratulations also to Sosene Meredeith on his promotion to Team Leader – Development Engineering. Sosene has lead the team as co-ordinator through some challenging times due to Covid in 2021 and has also seen the team grow in its services. Its pleasing to see Sosene move up to Team Leader.
- Ryan Tseng sees a promotion to Senior Civil Engineer. Ryan joined Thomas as a Graduate Civil Engineer and has since gained a broad skillset and contributed on multiple challenging projects over the years with TCL. With his growing knowledge and technical experience, we see him ready to move to the next level of his professional career.
A big congratulations to all our team members and their promotions! It is rewarding to see our team progress and develop and we look forward to seeing their future progress and the progress of our whole team as we continue on in 2022.
