Thomas Services: Project management and demolition supervision

The Hobsonville Land Company (HLC) is a subsidiary of Housing New Zealand and is the largest housing project in Auckland with 3000+ homes under development. Thomas has provided project management for the staged sales and removal of military homes at the Hobsonville site in preparation for housing and town centre development. To date we have managed the sale and removal of 250 houses from the area. Thomas has also been engaged by the Hobsonville Land Company to project manage the demolition of existing buildings for the development of new homes. This involves the sale and recycling of value materials, safe demolition of the buildings and organisation of cost effective removal and disposal of debris.
