About the business
We are a fast growing multi-disciplinary company that offers planning and engineering services on a range of resource management projects across the Auckland and Bay of Plenty regions. We are looking for a Civil Engineer to provide design and modelling services to clients, particularly around intensification projects, and are seeking a competent and experienced engineer to join our team.
We share a great reputation with Auckland Council and a strong reputation with larger developers, including central government, that are requiring rapid turn-around intensive development designs.
What you bring to the role
We are looking for a vibrant individual with 3-8 years of experience that is keen to utilise your years of experience to make your mark on our growing company and set the standard for engineering services. You will also be providing mentoring to junior staff, and working closely with the Team Leaders to help set the strategic direction for these services in the company. Your depth of experience will help establish you in the team as a leader, where your advice and skills will be utilised to grow a team that is a front-runner in the engineering field. Our workload is dynamic, challenging, and fast paced and the best candidate will have enthusiasm and drive to make a reputation for the company in the local market.
